Job Description

LST provides services to support programs within the FAA Communications, Information and Network Programs Group (CINP) to accomplish their mission objectives. CINP is responsible for the implementation and execution of communications infrastructure programs supporting the National Airspace System (NAS) and non-NAS systems and networks.


LST provides a broad range of System Engineering; Acquisition and Program Management Support; In-Service Management and Support; Business and Financial Management; Information Systems Development and Support; Studies, Analyses, and Evaluations; and other services required by the Group.


There are currently six groups and programs within CINP:

  • Enterprise Programs,
  • Enterprise Infrastructure Services,
  • Air/Ground Voice Communications,
  • NAS Voice Systems,
  • SWIM, and
  • FAA Telecommunications Infrastructure (FTI)-2.


LS Technologies is looking for individuals with varying levels of Program Analyst experience. Our team of qualified Enterprise Program Analysts is expanding in order to support the Federal Aviation Administration on the programs listed above. Enterprise Program Analysts complete complex tasks to facilitate the steady flow of projects by providing colleagues, customers, project management and external stakeholders with multiple levels of support.



  • Oversees and manages or supports aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management.
  • Reviews status of projects and budgets, classifies and summarizes data for the preparation and submission of status reports on a recurring basis.
  • Knowledge and experience of the RIO Process, as well as the Acquisition Management System and Joint-Resources Council.
  • Performs life cycle cost analyses, cost benefit or economic evaluations of current or projected programs.
  • Supports the development, execution and reporting of logistics and provisioning plans for programs, including sparing and stocking strategies, inventory control and tracking, logistics CDRLs and deliverable or asset tracking.
  • Assesses project issues and develops or tracks resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
  • Evaluates and advises on the organization, methods, and procedures for providing administrative support systems such as records, communications, directives, forms, files and documentation.
  • Develops new or modified administrative program policies, regulations, goals, or objectives.
  • Identifies data required for use in the management and direction of programs.
  • Develops management and/or program evaluation plans, procedures and methodology.
  • Provides planning, scheduling, networking and coordination assistance to program management personnel.
  • Specific expertise may be required in:
    • Configuration management
    • Earned Value Management
    • Financial management
    • Cost estimation
    • Risk management
    • Schedule management
    • Acquisition management


  • Proficiency with MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Excel.
  • Must have the knowledge and skills to manage multiple projects, keep track of and identify new task or adjust existing task and expectations as the project evolves
  • Must have proven social and interpersonal skills to coordinate with a team of professionals who are both technical and non-technical to keep everyone on task and progressing forward also ensure the team maintains a positive and collaborative relationship with external stakeholders
  • Excellent writing, oral communication, and organizational skills.
  • Duties require frequent application of techniques such as statistical charting, organizational structure, contract, budget, fiscal control, and office management.
  • Ability to perform detailed work with little guidance and to interact in a positive manner with other government and industry personnel


  • Bachelor's Degree in a Business-related discipline is required. Years of experience can be substituted for a lack of degree.




Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) is considered a plus.
